Can an FHA-approved Palm Beach Gardens condo also open a conventional loan path?
That path (reciprocal review off an HRAP approval) exists, but Palm Beach Gardens currently has no FHA-approved projects to apply it to — one more reason the expired-approval buildings here are the interesting ones for boards to fix.
