Florida's Division of Business and Professional Regulation runs the post-Surfside structural reporting: which buildings 3+ stories exist (the SB 4-D universe), and which have filed their Structural Integrity Reserve Study. Our lookup folds those state filings into every Plantation building report — with the honest caveat that the data is self-reported, so a missing filing means "unconfirmed," never "guilty."
