Why do so few Lighthouse Point condos have FHA approval?
It's not unique to Lighthouse Point — only about 179 of 5,525 Florida FHA records are currently Approved, and roughly 14 unique projects across all of South Florida. FHA approval expires every 3 years and most associations simply stop renewing; in Lighthouse Point, 1 building show exactly that "Expired" pattern. Expired is fixable — it's paperwork, not a defect.
